FUT Challengers is a brand-new competitive mode in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team, designed for players outside the top divisions. It gives more players the chance to enjoy the intensity and rewards of a Champions-style competition, while keeping FUT Champions as the highest level of play.

What is FUT Challengers?
FUT Challengers is essentially a lower tier of FUT Champions that comes with its own structure, format, and rewards. Instead of grinding for FUT Champions Qualification Points, you only need to complete a set of objectives to unlock entry into Challengers.
Challengers vs FUT Champions
While both FUT Challengers and FUT Champions are competitive modes, they serve different player bases and reward structures:
- FUT Champions – The pinnacle of Ultimate Team competition. Requires Division 5+ in Rivals and enough FUT Champions Qualification Points. Offers the best rewards in the game.
- FUT Challengers – Aimed at players in Division 6 and below. No Qualification Points required. Entry is unlocked by completing dedicated objectives. Rewards are scaled but still competitive.
How to Enter FUT Challengers
To gain access to FUT Challengers, you must complete the Challengers Entry Requirements Objective Group. Once qualified, you can take part in weekly competitions. Each event has limited attempts (usually 3 matches per run) and specific rules, with rewards granted based on your performance.
Rewards
Challengers offers exclusive packs and items that scale with your performance. For example, winning all three of your weekly matches can unlock untradeable packs such as 3x 84+ Rare Gold Players Pack. Rewards vary weekly and are tied to the event objectives.
